Director, Producer, Editor and Cinematographer
I have been in film and television since 1997. I started as a floor manager, camera operator and producer’s assistant for QVC’s “The Shopping Channel” in London, England. Since my return to Canada, I have had many roles as a Director of Photography and Director. Currently, I work freelance as a Segment Producer for Novus TV, primarily for City Lights. I also teach as a film consultant for Kaleidoscope in Richmond.
Current Work Experience
Novus Entertainment Inc. - Segment Producer since 2007
Building content for Novus TV community channel. Producing over 600 hundred 3 to 8 minute segments on multiple shows such as profiles, cooking, events, lifestyle, fashion, real estate and politics. Duties include, producing, directing, cinematography and editing. All segments delivered in a timely matter, as most content is time sensitive.
Kaleidoscope - Film Consultant since 2009
Providing youth with skills for the workplace. Teaching students basic camera skills, lighting technique and editing. Mentoring all projects including, documentaries, music videos, profession profiles and much more.
Biofilm Media - Videographer since 2012
Coordinating multi camera shoots for the University of British Columbia, Peter Wall Center. Corporate videos and short film projects.
